I'm honored to be her friend.
Here's today's yarn bomb addition. A little sign of hope.
I started this blog while in isolation due to the pandemic. Things are improving, but I'm still staying mostly at home. I've found that life has a lot to offer, whether you're inside or out.
Your friend is a saint. I can attest that it took her HOURS to make the masks. I made over 50, and it took me two days. Love your new yarn bomb addition.
ReplyDeleteShe's been making masks for weeks. After she sent the initial bulk to the hospitals, she made sure that all of her friends had them.
DeleteHow kind of your friend. A blog friend sent me my mask and I'm forever grateful to her. I love the fabrics she used too.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
We are blessed to know such kind people.
DeleteHow nice that your friend would do that for you! We have to wear masks now and only go out on a certain day that lines up with our last names to shop. We're not going anywhere even so. If I can't get it delivered, we're not getting it.
ReplyDeleteWe got up at 5:30 this morning an went grocery shopping during "senior hour". Not many people in the place, than goodness. Then came home and disinfected.
DeleteNot only is she a great seamstress, she also is a very talented knitter!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet of your friend and I love the fabrics she used!!
ReplyDeleteI do, too. She is very talented. A good knitter, too!
DeleteYour latest yarn bomb addition is a good one. Great thinking on your part!
ReplyDeleteMy friend in Maryland sent me four handmade masks. I'm so grateful for the kindness of friends as well.
Today we are getting MORE snow. My daffodils are perplexed. I'm trying not to despair. Thank you for the HOPE.
You're welcome! It has been cold here today. I am looking forward to warm days for lifted spirits.
DeleteHope....what is just what we all have to remember! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHello, The mask are great! That is really nice of your friend. We have more hope today and every day. Take care! Wishing you a great weekend!
